Every picture I've seen of this set has the wings snapped deeper into the clips than what you show in your review. Perhaps a hot bath on those clips might let them settle fully over the posts, then you'd need to remake the video though.

Looks like I'll be picking up that Model 20 when I get the time. Tempted to cut down the pegs for the blasts so there isn't as much of a gap.

Plz review the secret empire captain america as soon as you can possible and remember stack him next to iron man mark 3 to see if he does scale well with him Jason but also show me if arkham knight batman scales well with mullet superman and earth 2 as well

Good video. I never got the first SamCap, so this is a new figure to me. I'm a Cap fan, so this is a good addition to my collection . Sorry to hear about the Q/C issues with your fig. Have you tried heating the clips before attaching the wings?

I think you might have the backpack on upside down maybe try flipping it then attaching The wings :)

Jason, you can always 3D print a new set of wings, the tricky part is finding a suitable 3D model, le me know if you need help.

Happy Birthday America! IMHO (and I speak only for myself) I like the storyline of Steve Rogers passing the mantle of Captain America on, it works a bit better in the live action movies where the actors actually are growing older and want out of their contracts than in the comics where these changes are almost always undone. I like that Steve is a blue eyed blonde haired man and Red Skull offered him a place at his side but Steve chose freedom and democracy and I like how Sam is a black man and aware of many of the issues of modern times and that he has so much respect for Steve a member of the greatest generation, there's a real passing of the torch theme just like the office of President of the United States is passed on, of course my favourite will always be the one and only Steve Rogers, he's my favourite Marvel character.

I hope they make a Model 9 version 2 with the alternate legs. And in the deep red and gold. The Mo.09 is my 2nd favorite armor. I prefer Version 2 because it's how he looked in the Captain America and The Avengers game. I'm currently working on getting Marvel Legends Figures of all of the characters that appear in that game.

I'm definitely picking up the model 20 Iron Man. Definitely one of my favorite armor designs ever and it'll definitely become my main Avengers display Iron Man.

That head would be great for a custom Dr Manhattan.

I picked up the trade paper backs of superior iron man alongside this figure and loved the story, these two are my most recent figures and while there maybe be more in favor of the model 20 I find myself having more fun with superior iron man because of how much cooler his suit and personality are

On my “model 20” I cut away the excess wrist guard pieces on the hands so he can actually use his wrist hinge and bend them up for a repulsor blast

I found one at Target! Michelle Pfeiffer is my favorite Catwoman and I'm hoping McFarlane Makes a Batman Returns Wave, preferably with a Build A Penguin Army feature!

D'oh! I saw the Platinum Earth 2 figure and didn't buy it. I wanted it but didn't have the funds. Went back and it was gone. They did still have THIS Superman so I got it. I'm using the Starro Ultraman head on this figure. I looks MUCH better on this body and then I gave this head to the Unchained Armor Superman. With the battle scar, he looks awesome in that armor. I have him holding his helmet.

There's a Justice League War animated version that I was hoping to see.

I hope you know that no one can cater to everyone's sensitivities Everything can potentially be "triggering" to someone. There was clearly no malice on your part, so please don't treat that complaint as representstive of how the majority of us feel. Some people just love to be recreationally outraged and expect others to cater to them at all times. I hope you don't fall into that trap and neuter your writing just to appease a noisy minority, since they will always find something offensive. It's a bottomless pit of absurdity. Most of Superior's appearances were pretty inconsistent with colors, so it's not exactly "inaccurate".

No contest. The 'superior' one looks like he's encrusted in enamel, while the Model 20 is clearly the crown jewel of the retro wave.

It's actually model 24, not 25. 24 is the one with the back fins which is what Hasbro should have labeled him as, not 20.
